- TAMA to enter LIGO-GEO-VIRGO data-sharing agreement
- Japanese criogenic, underground to come online; currently short prototype (CLIO)
- AIGO needed for good position sensitivity
- Third generation: Einstein (European, 30 km, criogenic, underground, different geometries?)
